Pam Wigglesworth

As a Singapore-based American corporate trainer, speaker and Managing Director of Experiential Hands-on Learning, Pamela Wigglesworth is passionate about helping SMEs and entrepreneurs shorten their learning curve and accelerate their business results.

She works with companies across multiple industries to enhance their branding, marketing communications to get big results on a small budget. In addition she assists corporate companies with sales presentation skills and personal communication skills. She has conducted trainings in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei and the Philippines.

Pamela was a motivational speaker at UN Humanitarian Affairs University Scholars Leadership Symposium 2013 in Manila, Philippines. Invited by the United States Embassy Brunei Darussalam in conjunction with the Brunei Economic Development Board, Pamela conducted a series of workshops and talks on branding and marketing. She was a mentor for the 2012-2013 Temasek Polygenic Junior Achievement team that went on to win the Singapore Entrepreneur team of the year.

The 2011-2012 Vice President for the Asia Professional Speakers – Singapore, Pamela is a frequent speaker at business events and has several articles published in the Straits Times and Singapore Marketer magazine. She has resided in Asia for over 24 years and can be reached at

Milton Almeida

For the past 20 years, Milton has helped individuals and organizations come to grips with a transforming world. Milton helps clients achieve their goals by offering a unique combination of knowledge, insight, and focus. Milton’s leadership and management experience spans many years.

Milton holds a Master of Arts in Leadership and Training and is currently enrolled in the Doctor of Social Sciences Program at Royal Roads University. His current research interests include leader and leadership development and organizational capacity building. Milton is also a certified coach with the International Coach Federation and a recipient of the Gold Key Award from the Alberta Hotel Association. A founder of Corporate Edge Coaching™ and Hospitality Performance Solutions Milton leads a consulting, coaching, and training practice that is client centered and based on a model that achieves results by promoting changes in behaviour through awareness and application.

Mark Brown

Mark Brown works with executives who are striving to become more effective leaders. An American based in Europe since 1994, Mark has worked extensively as a facilitator, leadership consultant, executive coach and university professor across Western and Eastern Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with individuals of 67 different nationalities. He is currently a director of a Portuguese company providing tri-lingual leadership development services to firms around the world.

Mark holds an MBA from Solvay Business School (ULB) in Brussels, an MA from SAIS / Johns Hopkins in Washington, D.C., a diploma in Latin American politics and economics from Universidad de Belgrano in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and a BA from the University of Florida. A highly-experienced executive coach, he holds a PCC from the International Coach Federation (ICF) and is a member of the Strategic Executive Coaching Alliance (SECA). He has published various articles on executive coaching, leadership development, and business strategy. Mark works comfortably in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is conversant in French and Slovak. He resides with his wife in Portugal.

Margaret “Meg” Mann

A native of Florida, Meg has been inspiring corporate leaders and coaches since 1994. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University. She went on to study law, and obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1978. Meg also holds a Master’s of Science in Administration of Business from Boston University, Brussels. Meg practiced law for more than 15 years before moving into the field of Executive Education and Coaching.

Meg has facilitated leadership workshops and coached for many multinational companies as well as for various European Union institutions. She is a Certified Success Coach, and a Success Unlimited Network (SUN) Coach Trainer and Mentor and a European leader with the Strategic Executive Coach Alliance (SECA). She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Master Certified Coach (MCC). Meg also serves as an ICF Assessor, and has served on several ICF Committees. Based in Portugal, Meg’s work takes her all over Europe, North and South America and Asia. She has lived in the US, Guatemala, Italy, Slovakia, Belgium and Portugal.

Steven Sparling




Steven Sparling is an actor, teacher and writer. Acting professionally since 1991 in theatres across Canada, the UK and in the West End, as well as the Raindance (London) and Gulf (Dubai) Film Festivals. On the teaching staff at the London College of Music (University of West London) since 2010, he previously taught at The Actors Centre and The University of British Columbia.

As a writer, he has been published in print and online in newspapers, magazines and websites in many countries. Steven leads workshops in voice and various aspects of creative entrepreneurship. He holds an MA in Creative Entrepreneurship (University of East Anglia), a BFA in Interdisciplinary Studies (Concordia University), and diplomas in Journalism (London School of Journalism) and Theatre Performance (Grant MacEwan University) and is currently a PhD candidate at Goldsmiths, University of London, in Creative and Cultural Entrepreneurship.
