Performance Mastery Coaching

Performance & Leadership Coaching

Mantra

At CPMI, our mantra is that life is a performance and therefore everyone is a performer. We work from your roots, which are the priority values that you possess. Your performance depends on the values based choices you make, skills and knowledge you learn and relationships you engage with. This is reflected by how you to communicate, step out, show up or dance the play of life. On a deeper level your, performance mastery can be accomplished by exploring the combination of how you clearly and honestly understand and integrate your mind, body and soul ‘sets’ or MBSsets. Coaching opens this exploration!

Mission

Coaching the Human Being!

At CPMI, the centre focus of our mission and business model is you, the human being. First and foremost you are a human being and a team is made up of a variety of human beings. This is sometimes often forgotten or taken for granted as we perform in life.
Each of us is made up of different mindsets, but more than that we are made up of a connection of mind, body and soul ‘sets’ (MBSset). This we must remember and consciously connect with, because what goes on in that MBSset drives our effectiveness and high performance. This is where our energy or vitality is stored. Hence, this may sound simple, but mastery can be achieved in whatever we wish to put our focus and intention to with consistent conscious effort. Coaching is one process that assists you in achieving this way of being.

What is Performance Mastery Coaching?

Performance mastery coaching is about revealing and releasing that hidden genius inside of you or your team. This begins with your priority values. The process of coaching helps you through deep listening, asking a lot of questions and getting curious, so that you can find your own answers/solutions to your own challenges, dreams and desires.

‘His coaching style is to constantly ask questions to help me work through the issue — he listens exceptionally well, and encourages me to talk through the challenges we all face but are afraid to discuss in the practice of our work.
‘Flaminia Bussacchini, Head of Unit, European Commission
