The Difference

Performance is different for everyone and it is often determined by a combination of your passion for the work or your craft, your mental – physical – emotional – spiritual skills and behaviours, and your ability to take positive forward action.

It takes an amazing amount of passion and talent to drive an athlete or artist to be masterful at their sport or craft.  The dedication to hard work, focus, goals, strategy and more are the envy of many in this lifetime.  It can also be the place of learning, knowledge and discovering greater awareness of who you are as individual.

Sometimes you may experience that you may falter or question your talents or uniqueness and your direction or don’t feel on top of your game or you are transitioning out of your sport or art form and the list goes on.  This is where, Kevin, a performance mastery coach (PMC) can assist you.

A PMC is not one who teaches you skill or tells you what to do.  The Coach embraces and assists you as an individual unique spirit who happens to be a high performing athlete or artist.  At each turn of the road there is an opportunity to grow personally in your performance in life, sport or art – in other words - developing your inner genius!

Every time you get out on your ice skates, or ski’s, or on the volleyball court, or golf course or stage or ballet bar, or in sit at your grande piano or get into a disagreement with board member, it may be the same, but just a little different and we are slightly different much of the time.  Something is shifting, changing and our balance is different.  This is where a coach can assist if this balance should go off.  It is about balancing the mind, body and soul.

Kevin can assist you in opening the awareness to that ‘difference’ so that you can leverage this knowledge to awaken the genius inside of you and allow excellence to blossom in your performances.

Wonderful thought - remembering is in the past - forgiveness is now in the present - it is conscious awareness alive and well.
