There are a few ways that we create and how we can work with client’s.

1. Through a call to creative tender/proposal from a potential client. or 
2. Through presenting an already existing show to a potential client or promoter. or 
3. Through a client already knowing they want to work with us. or 
4. Through hiring out talent and services to a client. – i.e. performers, director, choreographers, lighting designers, stage managers and more

The Creation Process KAP is solutions based.

It is process-orientated company, which means that when a client comes to Kevin, a vision/concept/story is created and then create a plan / a strategy to get to this vision. The process is organic. This is the place and time in the development of a show/event where the knowledge, fun, the craziness, the learning lives and breathe

KAP contracts and work with top designers in their craft to produce original productions or take a known piece of drama or musical and then put ‘our twist’ upon it. Also we work with talented performers who connect to their passions. They regard performance excellence of their crafts as a passage to growth, learning and personal and spiritual development.

With the performance mastery series we develop and provide team empowerment, leadership, communication and more workshops that have a creative and unique twist to them, which follows our philosophy of learning and growth. E.g. leadership and team empowerment we will use singing.

Storyline

Normally our shows have an original storyline - a ‘la ligne rouge’ – or take an existing story and contemporize it. These storylines are started generally from a seed of an idea, symbol, thought, picture or a word/phrase. From there brainstorming and research happens to develop the many scenes, which makes up the storyline. The storylines may be subtle or more obvious depending on the production. At times though we also incorporate the variety show format as well – which is when all the scenes are independent with a broad reaching overlying theme.

Collaboration

We use a collaborative and co-creation process with talented creators and performers of all disciplines. They come together in our team to put forth their genius in an environment that is calm, respectful, and rewards human potential and the magic of performance.

All our creative team and performers are contracted on a per production basis. KAP creates a family atmosphere that lasts long after the production is over.
