Team Building

Curtains up! Its Show Time

How does your team ‘think outside of the box’?

Imagine your next meetings, creative projects or project experiences, as conducted and created by a team of fully engaged, connected, creative and energized performers with a well defined vision and purpose who are focused on thinking out of the box to deliver meaningful results and deliverables.

Objective

Kevin Cottam, Director and Choreographer of large multi-disciplinary events will introduce and facilitate participants through an interactive fun team-building/project development workshop, which outlines an organic creative and strategic planning process as seen from the perspective of a Director/Choreographer and Producer.  The participants will learn tools, a development process and methodology and directly apply this to a project they bring to the workshop.  In other words, they will simulate a production or project.

Kevin has utilized this process to co-create successful productions, inspire teams, set strategic goals and time lines, develop leadership, relationships and communication lines, establish roles and responsibilities in such productions as the 1988 Calgary Olympic Closing Ceremonies; the 2001 World Athletic Championships Opening and Closing Ceremonies and many more small to large innovative live and TV productions.

This workshop process encourages thinking out box, shifting the ‘individual and team mindset’ and looking at project development from a different point of view. It also allows the participants to leverage their professional knowledge, utilize what is relevant while framing from a different perspective or mindset.

Wonderful thought - remembering is in the past - forgiveness is now in the present - it is conscious awareness alive and well.
