When you are considering something new in life or change you first need to give yourself permission to quest or go on the journey. Giving yourself permission instantly opens yourself up to the possible opportunities and allows you move towards changes you want to make in your life. To take on this challenge there must be deep desire to take it on.
The most important thing after you have decided you want to change something in your life; discover what this might be; and draw up a strategic plan and goals along the way – is to Commit to the 365 Day Challenge. Committing first to yourself and then to others – i.e. loved ones, friends and most of all your fellow ‘questers’ who are also taking on the challenge. Committing moves into your soul and gives you reason and purpose for your quest. Committing then sets you on a focused journey of alignment.
Without a true and honest commitment from your mind, body and soul it will be much more challenging for you to fulfill on your dreams or outcomes. It will take extreme FOCUS. Focus, Focus, Focus!!!
Length of Commitment
With this commitment you do not have to stay for the whole 365 days. This is your choice as anything in life. Once you have completed your outcome you may want to stop the challenge. That is great, as you have done what you came here to do – change, grow and exercise your action muscles.
