Step 1: Introduction
When a potential client enquires about coaching:
An initial one hour (max) meeting with you is organized either in person or via skype / telephone. This meeting is vital and is often in the form of an ‘intake session’. This is where we get to know each other; find out what is the reason they want to do coaching; and determine whether the relationship will work for both parties.
Step 2: Agreement
If we are to enter into a coaching relationship, then an agreement is draw up between both parties on the coaching protocol, personal details of the client/coachee, determining a way forward, and the fees.
‣ After the agreement is signed an intake questionnaire is to be completed by the coachee.
‣ Coaching packages include four one-hour sessions.
‣ Payment is to be paid up front in full.
Step 3: Coaching Sessions
‣ The coaching sessions – i.e. time, date, location are set up and decided upon by both parties.
‣ The coachee is to contact the coach by skype, telephone or in person.
‣ The coachee is to complete a Values on Line assessment to determine their priority values. This is to be completed before coaching takes place.
‣ Sessions are normally one hour in length.
‣ The coachee presents in advance what they would like to work on in the upcoming session.
‣ The coaching sessions are then go through a C.L.I.C. process.
‣ The first four coaching sessions are done every week for one month; following this they are every two weeks. The normal cycle of coaching sessions goes for about twelve sessions.
‣ Before the next session a progress form is filled out by the coachee and sent to the coach 24 hours before their next session.
‣ Any sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
‣ Coaching is completely confidential.
