What is CLIC?
CLIC is a process to result tool that which is freely flowing and starts from a very focused relationship place – The Story. Within this process I utilize many coaching tools and models as well as moving from my intuition. I rely on my intuition to have a voice – the voice of the coach, the voice of the relationship that is being discovered and unfolded.

I, the coach or facilitator become the catalyst for you, your team or organization to find/discover your own meaningful answers and solutions.
• We begin by opening up with the ‘big picture – the story’ discovery. I ask a question, such as, ‘what would you like to work on or speak about today?’ or ‘what is going on with your life or business that would like to speak about today?’ This is the issue, problem, challenge, and also what the individual, team or organization might want to deal with. 

• In this phase of the session, we are embarking on a journey of discovery by ‘chunking down’ the information to the learning or wisdom point. First there is a discovery of an Aha Moment of Realization from your story, situation, issue. From that Aha we can then move to further awareness discovery of a single word learning or wisdom point or ‘Pearl’.

• How do we get to this Pearl and create solutions? I get deeply curious and listen with open mindfulness. I ask many questions, listen deeply to your answers and especially words, phrases and signals (from voice, body, gestures). Then I get even more curious as some of those words, phrases are very important indicators for awareness gathering.

• Once you discover the single word learning, wisdom point or the ‘Pearl’, then we use this Pearl or wisdom point like a mantra. We can use it in determining our beliefs, intentions, experiences, solutions and more.

This process assists you to seamlessly flow in a sea of discoveries to the solutions and actions points you want to undertake.
