How Does Inspirational Coaching Work?
Step 1
When an organization contacts aspire 4 excellence coaching for coaching or facilitations we discuss the unique needs of the organization and their employees. Coaching is about building a relationship that works for all parties.
- ‣ A meeting is planned to see if our values, synergies and process works together.
- ‣ If we agree to move forward, a customized coaching and financial package is then developed and presented.
- ‣ Following that, an agreement is signed and coaching/training follows.
Prior to moving forward with individual clients or team,
‣ An intake questionnaire will be presented to them to ascertain some history and what the client wants to achieve.
‣ The clients will then complete an online tool from valuesonline.net to determine their priority values.
‣ The coaching process can then commence at mutually arranged time frames.
Step 3
Coaching in Organizations, the Public Sector or Associations will be carried out by,
‣ either face to face
‣ or through telephone
‣ or internet (skype)
‣ or a combination of both.
